Dr. Santacruz was selected to receive a 2018 Trainee Professional Development Award (TPDA) from the Society for Neuroscience (SfN). She will present her recent research on modulation of striatal and cortical value signals using caudate microstimulation at the SfN Annual Meeting during the Trainee Professional Development Awards Poster Session, which is scheduled for 6:30 – 8:30 pm on Saturday, November 3. The work will also be presented during the afternoon poster session on Wednesday, November 7 (Poster # 787.02).
